Board Of Directors
Ian Ackerman
Founder & CEO
Ian is from Pleasant Valley New York and has a diverse background compared to many. With his strong passion and perseverance Ian pursued a career in freestyle skiing. His dream to become a successful freestyle athlete became a ruling force in the actions he took to get there. Through many years of self taught training and a collaboration with individuals across the country, Ian achieved the status of a film part athlete. Ian greatly credits the teamwork between himself and his peers to the success he was able to achieve. Since then, Ian has been featured in local ski movies and even been nominated for amateur video of the year alongside his peers at Montreal's IF3 film festival.
Presently, Ian has moved onto his next big goal. For many years Ian found the healthcare industry daunting. After a tragic experience with a family member Ian felt drawn to senior living having experienced a plethora of issues first hand. Previously, Ian felt the most impactful way to create these changes was to become a doctor. It wasn't until recently that Ian realized the potential he can bring to senior care as an executive. Ian is excited and passionate about helping others where he never thought was possible and looks forward to the personal growth that accompanies such a task.
